How to collect your Annual Pass
Once you’ve purchased your Annual Pass online, simply visit The Big Banana Ticket Office to collect it.
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Buy online: Purchase your Annual Pass and receive your confirmation by email.
2. Collect your pass: Visit The Big Banana Ticket Office and show our friendly team your booking confirmation, smile for the camera and show your identification.
3. Start having fun: We’ll activate your pass when you collect it, and your 12 months of BIG fun begins!
Important: Your Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date you collect it, not the date you purchase it.
Who can purchase a Annual Pass?
The Annual Pass is available to eligible people living within a 250km radius of The Big Banana.
Proof of residency may be required when collecting your pass.
Each pass is issued to an individual and is non-transferable.

- Your Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of collection and activation at the Ticket Office.
- Unlimited access is subject to included attractions, ticket availability, attraction
opening hours and scheduled session times. - All attraction conditions of entry, age, height, weight and safety restrictions apply.
- The Water Park operates seasonally.
- Some attractions require advance session bookings and are subject to capacity limits.
- Passes are issued to individual passholders and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Food, beverages, retail purchases, merchandise and third-party experiences are not included.
- Special events and private functions are excluded unless otherwise specified.

Absolutely! You can visit as often as you like during your 12-month membership and enjoy participating attractions as many times as you like, subject to availability, opening hours and attraction conditions.
