4. Promotion Period: The promotion begins at 12:01 AM on 1 October 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 20 December 2024. Winners will be announced on 22 December 2024.
5. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
   • Employees of The Big Banana Fun Park and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members are defined as spouses, de facto partners, children, and parents of employees.
6. Entry Requirements:
   • To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase any Ultimate Pass or a Big Bunch of Fun Pass directly from The Big Banana Fun Park between 1 October 2024 and 20 December 2024. Third-party purchases are not eligible for this promotion.
   • Purchases may be for booking dates any time prior to 31 December 2025.
   • All entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission by the participant.
   • Participants must opt-in and subscribed to The Big Banana Fun Park’s email newsletter to be eligible for the draw.
   • Each Ultimate Pass or Big Bunch of Fun Pass purchased counts as one entry into the draw. There is no maximum limit on the number of entries a participant can submit.
   • No refunds are available for any purchases used to gain entry into the giveaway.

8. Winner Selection and Notification:
   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries randomly to ensure fairness and transparency.
   • The draw will take place on 22 December 2024, during The Big Banana Fun Park’s 60th anniversary party.
   • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone by a representative from The Big Banana Fun Park.
   • The winner will also be announced on The Big Banana Fun Park’s social media platforms and in an email newsletter.
   • All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If a prize is not claimed by the winner within 14 days or is forfeited for any reason, the prize will be awarded to a new winner selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Prize Claim:
   • The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
   • If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days and after at least three attempts to contact them, a new winner will be selected through a redraw.
   • Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged, and cannot be taken as a monetary payment unless specified otherwise.
10. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from this promotion must be submitted in writing via email to marketing@bigbanana.com.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
