The Big Banana Fun Park, Gift Shop and Going Bananas Cafe are all open every day of the year except for Christmas day the 25th December
We open daily at 9 am and have extended trading hours in the NSW School Holidays. Each attraction and ride has it’s own individual opening times or session times, so make sure to check out our current Activity Guide & Timetable on our Fun Park Info page.

Yes, we will do our very best to accommodate a new date for you to visit us. We will need to check our availability and we would require 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Spectators may attend our Fun Park attractions free of charge.

Yes, we do offer senior concession prices for our Plantation Tour & Mini Golf.

Yes. If due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend your ticket will be refunded in full. We do require 24 hours’ notice.

Yes, you may choose to do just one of our attractions however keep in mind that you will receive a discount if you choose to do 3 or more so have a look at our activity guide before you make your final decision!
Individual tickets are available online for Ice Skating, Mini Golf, Laser Tag, Water Park and Escape Rooms. All other attractions can be purchased on the day you visit from Big Banana staff at your chosen attraction or the Main Ticket Office.

The train ride has not been available for many years.
You can choose to pay for the Plantation Tour which commences with a self-guided walk through the banana plantation, followed by a presentation about the history of bananas located in our Packing Shed.

If our website says fully booked for an attraction come straight to our Ticket Booth or give us a call at +61 2 6652 4355 as they will find the best time session for you.
If the park has many smiling faces around, you are welcome to come and have a family photo in front of the “Big Banana”, play some games in the Go Bananas Fun Zone, enjoy a meal or delicious choc coated banana in the Going Bananas Cafe and browse at our huge range of souvenirs and giftware in our Gift Shop.

Yes, you may choose to just attend the water park which operates in 90minute sessions at various time throughout the day.
You can purchase your Water Park ticket on arrival at the Water Park kiosk or our Main Tickets Counter.

At The Big Banana Fun Park, we require all children under the age of 14 to be accompanied by a responsible adult. Additionally, any Toboggan riders under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by an adult over 18.

The Ultimate Pass is valid for 1 full day and gives you unlimited access to our Classic Attractions (excludes Escape Rooms and Fun Zone)
We recommend booking your Utlimate Pass tickets online and select the date you wish to attend.
The ticket is valid from 9 am to 5 pm only.
The following attractions are included:

- Water Park (closed from May till August)

- 4D Ride Simulator

Yes there is an entry fee to visit Steve McEwan’s Reptile World which located at The Big Banana Fun Park and showcases some of the world’s most venomous snakes.

The Big banana Fun Park is open every day of the year except for Christmas Day. Many of our attractions are indoors. The only thing that may be affected by rain is the Toboggan. But once it stops raining this will be dried & fully operational again.

Unfortunately a splint, cast or moonboot can pose a risk to yourself, other patrons and our equipment at many of the attractions therefore restricting participation.
Those that have a splint, cast or moonboot can attend the World Of Bananas Theatre and Tour, play Mini Golf, and go into the 4D ride ( further restrictions apply ).
Please be aware that these restrictions are in place for your safety and will remain regardless of ticketing options.

Yes, the Going Bananas Café is open every day and you do not need a ticket to go and enjoy the delicious menu, ice creamery and of course the famous choc coated bananas!!

The Candy Kitchen is located on the lower level of our central retail area.
It is free to visit and you will love the wide range of colourful, hand made treats!
Candy making demonstrations run from 10am-2pm each day.

No, not at all. The iconic Banana photo is FREE all year! We even have a camera / phone stand for you to place your camera on timer so your whole family can be in this special memory!

Yes there is a booking fee.
Tickets sold online to The Big Banana Fun Park are sold through FareHarbor which is a 3rd party online ticket platform.
Like many online ticket sales there is a booking fee which is collected by the agent providing the service which in this case is FareHarbor.
You will see the fee at the end of your booking before you select the pay now button.

Yes, you may bring in your own food and drinks to consume in the attractions only. Take – Away food from other local food outlets is not permitted. No alcohol is permitted.

No enclosed shoes are not required but you must have footwear on. Thongs are fine!

Yes, socks must be worn for health reasons. We sell socks at the Ice Rink if you don’t have your own with you.

Yes we are a pet friendly business. We have an area on the deck near the cafe that is clearly sign posted as pet friendly. You are welcome to walk around the property. As with any other public area you must have your dog on a leash at all times and anything your dog leaves behind must be disposed of thoughtfully. Dogs are not permitted inside any of our attractions.
